Orders, customers and inventory stay in Commerce7 as usual.

- Shop by conversation: guests describe a meal, an occasion, a budget or a taste, and Tadly recommends wines from your live Commerce7 catalog. Signed-in customers get picks based on their purchase history.
- Checkout in the chat: Tadly builds the cart, sets up shipping or pickup, and checks out with the customer's saved Commerce7 addresses and cards, after the guest confirms.
- Smart upsells: when a cart is close to one of your Commerce7 promotions, such as free shipping, Tadly suggests the bottle that unlocks it.
- Clubs and experiences: guests compare your wine clubs, start signup and book tastings from the chat.
Sensitive data stays out of the AI
