Getting your wines and products listed on Google Shopping, Meta, Wine-Searcher, and Vivino shouldn't mean fighting with spreadsheets or worrying about formatting rules. Commerce7 Shopping Feed builds compliant, channel-ready XML from your Commerce7 catalog and keeps it current as your inventory changes. Set it up once, hand each platform its URL, and move on.
Built by a team with over a decade of experience helping wineries sell more wine online, trusted by hundreds of wineries across the Commerce7 and WordPress ecosystems.
Shopping Feed reads vintage, varietal, appellation, region, and volume directly from your Commerce7 wine data and maps them into the fields each platform expects. Non-vintage wines are labeled NV automatically. Separate Handlebars templates for Google, Meta, Wine-Searcher, and Vivino let you match each directory's naming conventions without changing your Commerce7 product titles.
Set your brand, Google product categories, custom labels, and preferred image once at the store level; every product inherits those defaults. When a product needs something different, override its title, description, category, image, or custom labels from the Products tab, the Product Detail tab on any product record, or apply changes in bulk across multiple products at once.
Toggle which product types appear in your feeds (Wine, General Merchandise, Gift Cards). Only web-available products are synced, and products that are not publicly visible in Commerce7 are excluded automatically, so private inventory never shows up in public shopping directories.
A background job syncs your catalog in batches (large catalogs finish across multiple runs). Feeds rebuild when you save settings or overrides. Each enabled channel gets its own secret URL, hand it to Google, Meta, Wine-Searcher, Vivino, or Merchant Center local inventory once, and they'll fetch fresh data on their own schedule. No recurring manual exports.
Configure Commerce7 Inventory Transaction webhooks so stock changes refresh affected products quickly, especially useful for Google Local Inventory pickup counts and availability fields.
This isn't a side project. Shopping Feed is actively developed and supported by a team that understands the wine industry and Commerce7 inside out. If something isn't working or you need help with a platform's requirements, we're here.
Shopping Feed requests read-only access to Products, Inventory, and Settings, the minimum needed to read catalog data, track stock for local inventory feeds, and resolve your storefront URL for product links.
