Moderation and control

You stay in charge of what appears on your site:

• Hybrid — Automatically publish reviews at or above a star threshold you choose; hold lower ratings for manual review.

Moderate from the app’s Review moderation queue, or open a product or customer record in Commerce7 CRM to manage reviews in context.

• Optionally show reviewer first name and review date on the storefront.

Placement and customization

Permissions

Product Reviews requests read-only access to Products, Customers, and Settings—the minimum needed to verify reviewers, read product context, and align with your storefront URL structure.
