Easily bulk-import tracking numbers and fulfillment data into Commerce7 from any CSV or Excel file, with a safe preview before anything changes.
Install App

1. Turn a fulfillment file into completed Commerce7 shipments in minutes. Stop opening orders one at a time to paste tracking numbers, pick a carrier, set the ship date, and decide on notifications. Upload the CSV or Excel file you already receive from your warehouse or fulfillment house and DeliveryDesk Fulfillment Sync matches every row to its Commerce7 order automatically and writes the tracking number, carrier, ship date, and fulfillment status in bulk. Twenty orders or two thousand, the work is the same: upload, review, done.
2. Safely handle the hard cases like weather holds, duplicate uploads, and multiple packages. DeliveryDesk checks every order's current state in Commerce7 before writing anything. Orders already fulfilled with no tracking (like weather holds) can be updated with the real shipment when the package finally ships. Re-uploading the same file never creates duplicate fulfillments or sends duplicate emails. Orders with multiple packages get all their tracking numbers. And when existing tracking differs from what's in your file, you decide. Add, replace, or skip, nothing is ever overwritten silently.
3. Full control and a complete audit trail. See exactly what will change before it changes: every shipment is classified (create, skip, replace, needs review, error) in a preview you approve before a single write hits Commerce7. Control whether Commerce7 sends its shipping confirmation email per import or per row. Every import is saved with full history: what was created, replaced, skipped, and why, plus a downloadable error file with suggested fixes so you can correct and re-upload just the problem rows.
DeliveryDesk Fulfillment Sync is a bulk fulfillment tool for Commerce7 stores that ship through a warehouse, fulfillment house, or in-house team.
Flexible file import. Upload the shipment file you already receive, CSV or Excel, up to 25 MB, no special template required. DeliveryDesk automatically recognizes common column names (order number, tracking, carrier, ship date, notification flag) and lets you map anything it doesn't recognize. Save your column mapping once, and recurring files from the same fulfillment house map themselves every time after.
Automatic order matching. Each row is matched to its Commerce7 order by order number. Carrier names are normalized (so "United Parcel Service," "UPS Ground," and "UPS" all resolve correctly), and missing carriers can even be detected from the tracking number format itself.
Smart fulfillment decisions. Before writing anything, the app reads each order's current fulfillment state and recommends the right action:
Safe preview and approval. Nothing changes in Commerce7 until you review and approve the import. Destructive operations (replacing an existing fulfillment) always require explicit confirmation.
Notification control. Decide whether Commerce7 sends its standard shipping confirmation email as an account default, per import, or per row from a column in your file. A duplicate upload never re-sends an email.
Results and error handling. Every import ends with a clear summary (created, added, replaced, skipped, failed). Failed rows download as a file with the original data plus the error and a suggested fix, ready to correct and re-upload. Order numbers that don't match, unrecognized carriers, and other problems are explained in plain English, never raw error codes.
Import history. Every import is recorded. Filename, date, who uploaded it, row counts, and full results are recorded, so you can always see what changed and when.
Optional shipment monitoring. Fulfillment Sync works fully standalone. If you also use DeliveryDesk shipment monitoring, imported tracking numbers are watched through delivery, surfacing delays, exceptions, and returns that need attention.
