How CoverCount Works

CoverCount helps wineries create and book guests for multiple experiences, like tastings, vineyard tours, winemaker presentations, and more. It supports both reservation and walk-in traffic so you can offer the type of experience your guests expect.

Key Benefits

1. Events, including multi-session experiences. Run ticketed events like release parties, winemaker dinners, and tastings alongside standard reservations. Multi-session events (a series across dates, or an event with multiple seatings) are supported natively.
2. No per-ticket fees, direct payouts. Payments run through your own Stripe account. You keep 100% of what you charge — no commission or per-booking fee.
3. Full branding control, embedded on your site. The booking widget lives directly on your website, so guests never leave your domain or see third-party branding.
4. Automated reminders, deposits, and 2-way SMS. Automated SMS and email reminders cut no-shows. Guests can reply directly to SMS messages for questions or changes. For events or high-demand slots, take deposits or place a card hold at booking.

Integrations

CoverCount integrates with Commerce7. When a guest books a reservation, staff can see their key Commerce7 data so you can greet the guest and prepare the right experience. When a guest registers for an event, CoverCount recognizes their club status via the Commerce7 API and applies member pricing automatically — no manual discounts needed.
