Advanced Reservations replaces the standard Commerce7 reservation widget with one that guides guests to a time they can actually book. That means fewer dead ends, fewer abandoned bookings and more tastings on the calendar.

The standard Commerce7 widget is tied to one experience. It lets guests pick any date and shows the same list of times every day, even when nothing is open. Guests often have to guess several times before they find an opening. Its wording and look can't be changed either. Clink C7 Advanced Reservations fixes all of this.
1. Guests only see dates and times they can book: The widget reads each experience's weekly schedule straight from Commerce7.
2. Drop it in and it fills itself in: Add the widget to a page and it shows the experience's title, price, image and description, all taken from what you've already written in Commerce7. There's nothing to retype, and when you update an experience in Commerce7 the widget follows. You choose which of these details each experience shows, and the date, time and guest fields sit right beside them.
3. One widget can offer several experiences: You can link other experiences to the main one. Sometimes the main experience is full, or has nothing close to the time the guest asked for. When that happens, the widget shows the other experiences that are open, each with its image, price, description and time buttons. Guests always have a next step instead of a "sold out" message.
4. "Next available date" instead of a dead end: If the chosen date has no openings, or today's times have all passed, the widget says so and offers a one-click link to the next available date. It then checks availability for that date automatically.
5. You control the wording: Every button label, field label and guest-facing message can be edited from the WordPress dashboard, with no code required. This includes:
You can add the {nextavailablelink title="..."} and {nextavailabledate} tags to any message to insert a link to, or the date of, the next opening.
6. Match your site's look without code: Pick colours from the dashboard for the widget box, titles, prices, the Check Availability button and the time buttons, including hover colours. The main experience and the other experiences can be styled separately. Any colour you leave blank uses your theme's, so the widget fits in from the start.
7. Easy for developers to customize: If you have a developer, they can take it further.
8. Optional agreement checkbox: You can add terms, a waiver or an age confirmation that guests must tick before they check availability. The text is edited in a rich text box and can include links. You can set different text for each widget.
9. Built-in analytics: The widget sends events to Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager when a guest:
Each event includes the experience name and ID, and the option the guest chose. When a guest picks a time from one of the other experiences, the event is flagged. That lets you see how many guests an alternative experience caught who would otherwise have left. Event and parameter names can be renamed to match your tracking setup.
